I leased an EPM home on arrival in Memphis, August, 2006 and for the last 2 1/2 years, have only great things about the support received from both the EPM office staff and the property maintenance teams. Your office has always been quick to respond to my questions and requests. As an example, I noticed water on the carpet and within hours, someone was on site to fix the leak and secure the floor. On another occasion, while the air conditioner was being repaired, EPM offered to pay for a hotel bill to offset the inconvenience. Thank you for all your support and flexibility to coordinate with my schedule the quarterly maintenance follow ups. I would recommend anyone needing to lease property in the area to EPM. If you need to lease or rent a home in the Memphis area, I would highly recommend doing so through Enterprise Property Management. When we moved from S. California to Memphis in August 2007, Aaron went out of his way to help us find a suitable home prior to our move. Due to my employment we had to relocate out-of-state in December 2008. During our 17 months in the home I cannot think of one negative experience with EPM. Aaron and the very professional EPM team were always courteous and responsive to any questions we had. The maintenance crew was great to work with and was always helpful and proactive in the maintenance of the home. I only hope our new property management company in Tulsa can meet the same high standards set by Aaron and the EPM team.

My wife and I leased an Enterprise property in August of 2005 and recently terminated our lease because of a relocation out of Memphis. I can say in all honesty that our experience with Enterprise was a positive one. We had very few problems with our house, and those we had were addressed promptly and efficiently by Enterprise personnel. My wife and I were relocated to Memphis in November 2003. I was transferred with my work and was notified on October3, 2003 that I needed to be in Memphis to report to work by November 1st. I only had a few weeks to schedule a move and find a place to live.
